Primal Strength is designed to help you achieve the strongest, healthiest, version of yourself. Crawl, swing kettlebells, improve balance, lift weights, ski, row, and more to grow stronger in this full-body experience. Primal Strength is ideal for athletes, runners, yogis, weekend warriors, and anyone who wants to stay active.

Primal Flow is hybrid class consisting of 30 min of conditioning and 30 min of primal movement. The conditioning will use things like kettlebells and sleds to increase your heart rate, creating a fun take on interval training. I have been attending The Yoga Box as a newbie for almost 3 months. This studio is amazing, and full of encouraging staff members. They provide a variety of classes, offering alternative poses for any level (child's pose to crow). Instructors take time during the session to correct postures, including physical adjustment, verbal advice and providing examples. The Yoga Box has mats for class use and rental. They even prepare food at their establishment- perfect pick me up after morning yoga (yes, coffee)! You will love this place as a beginner or advance student; regardless, this is a place where they learn your name.

I have enjoyed attending Emily’s Tuesday night class at 6 pm. Last week was such a great workout I fell asleep with my candles burning and forgot to plug in my cellphone and apple watch. 10 chef kisses and I will return again!
